Rubber Trails
Creating comfortable, long-lasting surfaces people enjoy walking on.
Product Description
Rubber Trails
Most walking paths lose their appeal once the surface becomes too rough, hard, or worn down. Rubber takes away those problems and gives you a smoother, steadier trail people feel comfortable using every day.
At Rubber Designs, we use 100% recycled rubber and install every surface as a seamless, poured-in-place system. There are no joints to shift, no loose pieces, and nothing that breaks apart after a few seasons. You’ll see our rubber trails in parks, greenways, playground loops, fitness paths, and any space where people expect a cleaner and safer walking experience.
If you’re planning a rubber trail system and want a surface that looks good and holds up long-term, we’re here to help.

Our Rubber Trail Options
FlexTrails
FlexTrails cushions joints and helps to prevent slips, encouraging year-round activity and confidence with every step.
Bonded Rubber Trails
Bonded rubber trails have a natural appearance, using recycled rubber pieces and binding agents for a unified, solid surface.
About Our Products
Both of our rubber trail systems are made for outdoor use, but they each serve different needs. Here’s how to tell which one fits your project best.
FlexTrails
FlexTrails are a great choice for walking loops, school paths, and park trails. These rubber walking trails feel smooth underfoot, resist all kinds of weather, and make it easier for people to stay active without worrying about slips or sore joints.
Each trail is made from 100% recycled rubber and poured as one continuous surface. Once installed, it stays put and drains well after rain.
You can pick between two styles: Standard or Ultra. Both give you the same strength and durability: just choose the color that works best for your space.
Bonded Rubber Trails
Bonded rubber trails have a more natural look, but with all the benefits of rubber. They use larger pieces of recycled rubber (similar in texture to wood mulch) mixed with a binder and troweled into place as one solid layer.
These trails are a good fit for nature paths, greenways, and park spaces. The surface stays firm underfoot, drains easily, and gives you a comfortable, reliable, and slip-resistant rubber path.
If you want something that looks more natural but performs better than gravel or mulch, bonded rubber trails are the way to go.

Why Rubber Trails Are a Good Investment for Your Space
Rubber doesn’t just feel better underfoot. It solves problems other surfaces create.
Environmentally Friendly
Investing in rubber trails helps reduce landfill waste and promotes a mindset of sustainability in high-traffic areas.
Low Maintenance
Rubber is highly durable and resistant to weathering, cracking, and erosion. Essentially, it’s a good long-term choice with minimal upkeep requirements.
Safety & Comfort
The softer feel of rubber trail surfacing creates a cushioned path for joggers, cyclists, and everyday pedestrians. The shock-absorbing trail surface makes movement easier on the body and helps support healthier, more active routines within the community.
